Cô Thy Quán is a Vietnamese restaurant on Main Road West in St Albans. Our kitchen cooks the dishes Vietnamese families grow up with, from Saigon broken rice and crispy banh xeo to spicy Hue beef noodle soup and Da Nang fish cake noodles.
